The role of the police in Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands in countering the spread of COVID-19 and the experience of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation in the fight against this dangerous disease

V. Kislukhin,
2021

The work is based on the problem of countering the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic by the police in Luxembourg, Belgium, and the Netherlands and restricting the rights and freedoms of citizens in the conditions of legal democratic states. The list of preventive measures used by police units in order to reduce the incidence rate, provides specific examples of the application of measures of administrative coercion against violators of legal norms. Proposals have been made for the mutual use of the positive experience of the police of the Benelux Union states and the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation in the fight against the new coronavirus infection.
