The article examines the issues related to the state of public procurement in the Russian Federation in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, examines the nature and features of the violations of legislatively established norms in the course of public procurement, presents indicators, evaluates their dynamics. The key reasons are revealed, ways of countering corruption manifestations are considered, solutions to existing problems are proposed.
