Bilateral pneumonia is the most common clinical manifestation of a new variant of coronavirus infection. At the same time, COVID-19 has a wide range of cardiovascular complications including acute heart failure, arrhythmias, acute coronary syndrome and myocarditis. Myocardial damage is relatively common in COVID-19 (7-23%). We report a 56-year-old patient with a confirmed coronavirus infection. The peculiarity of this clinical case is systemic manifestations of COVID-19 (lesion of lung, heart, kidneys and skin). Despite the presence of viral pneumonia, the patient’s clinical status was determined by myocardial damage. A feature of this case was also the presence of skin damage.
