Social media video content for the healthcare industry

This paper describes the role of social media in healthcare and medicine based on the example of how a contract research organ isation (CRO) uses video interviews to spread knowledge and expertise among professionals. Considering that in coming years, video content is expected to widely overtake text as the most common type of content on the internet, the article also provides recommendations for creators from the healthcare and medicine industries on how to leverage this channel.
