Formation of a hypo-allergenic developing subject-spatial environment in the conditions of a preschool educational organization

Introduction. The importance of the problem of the formation of the educational subject-spatial environment of preschool educational organizations due to the fact that in the present days the number of children with allergopathology, bronchial asthma, atopic dermatitis etc. is increasing. At the same time, in practice of preschool educational institutions there is no integrated system for creating the hypo-allergenic environment. The purpose of this article is to analyze the state of health of preschool children; to identify the attitude of parents to the health and behavior of their own children; to develop and test a system of preventive health measures (creating a hypo- A llergic developing subject-spatial environment) in preschool educational organizations. Materials and methods. The study involved 376 children aged 5 to 7 years; educators in the amount of 28 people and parents of children in the amount of 332 people. The gender composition of children, as well as the age and gender composition of teachers and parents, were not taken into account in the study. The research bases are preschool educational organizations of Chelyabinsk city (Russian Federation). In each preschool educational organization, 2 groups of older preschool children were selected for research. The following methods were used in the study: Theoretical (analysis, synthesis, forecasting, modeling); empirical (questioning, observation, testing), methods of processing the obtained data (quantitative and qualitative data analysis). During the study, diagnostic tools were used: Questionnaire «Conditions for a healthy lifestyle in the family»; questionnaire «Attitude of parents to the health and healthy lifestyle of their child»; health attitude index; methodology S.D. Deryabo, V.A. Yasvin «The level of students' cultural standards in the field of health». Research result. A system of preventive and health-improving measures has been developed and tested, within the framework of which a hypoallergenic developing object-spatial environment has been created. This system consisted of three stages. The preparatory phase included the study of children's health, the collection of anamnesis of a major disease and the development of specialist recommendations, including the wishes and observations of parents. The main stage provided for the direct implementation of health-saving and preventive measures. The assessment phase included an assessment of the effectiveness of the taken measures, a study of the dynamics of the health status of children under the influence of the applied health-saving and preventive measures. As a result of the experimental work, the frequency of detection of children with various nosological forms of allergopathology increased from 78% to 92%; the number of exacerbations of allergic and respiratory diseases decreased from 67% to 49%. In children registered with an allergist-immunologist, the period of remission of chronic diseases has increased. In general, a hypoallergenic developing object-spatial environment has reduced the incidence of respiratory diseases from 30% to 15%. Discussion and conclusion. The efficiency of the authors' system of preventive-health activities through the creation of hypo-allergenic educational subject-spatial environment was determined by integration of wellness educational technology, interaction of preschool educational organizations with pupils' families and introduction to the process of rehabilitation of children physio-prevention equipment.
