A complicated course of pneumonia with improperly selected initial antibiotic therapy occurs with unsuccessful constancy. According to World Health Organization, pneumonia is cause of death of 15% children under the age of 5 years around the world. In recent years, deaths have also increased in developed countries with a high level of medicine. Errors in antibiotic therapy of pneumonia in the outpatient treatment stage are still a serious problem.
