AB - The efficacy of Aprotinin as prophylactic treatment of Covid-19 was studied in the hamster model of SARS-CoV-2 and in the health care personnel working with Covid-19 patients in hospital. High efficacy of Aprotinin in pre- and post-exposure prophylaxis of SARS-CoV-2 was demonstrated.
